I was a bit nervous seeing so many 1-star reviews but I'm a big fan of taco bell and I figured I should try for myself and see how it goes.
The young woman at the register was very friendly
I got a discovery luxe box and a beef crunch wrap cost $16.33 I don't believe that's any more expensive than a normal taco bell but I haven't actually compared them directly so take that with a grain of salt. The food came out in 7 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got it in my hand so very quick. The food tastes like every other taco bell I've been to. Nothing seems to have gone bad like some other reviews have mentioned. I got everything I ordered without issue. The gentleman who made my crunch wrap noticed the wrapper he put it in originally was ripped so he put it into a non ripped wrapper before giving it to me which is a small detail but I noticed it and appreciate it.
Overall this location I wouldn't say is any better or worse than any normal taco bell location it's just taco bell and hopefully some of the other reviews are exaggerating or I just got lucky.“
“I went to the drive-through to pick up some food for my daughter because she had to go to work and so I ran over to pick up food for her. I did not check before I left and when I got back to my daughter‘s work she asked if there was any other fries that was in the bag because they had only put a couple of fries in there. Once I called up and asked about it, they asked us if we could come back over. They would be more than happy to make it right. As soon as my daughter got off work, we both went back over and they were more than happy to correct the problem. The manager had explained to me that she was doing some training that she thinks that maybe one of the new employees just didn’t understand how much to put in there. Once we called up with the issue, they were very friendly and very polite and had apologized several times. The manager’s name was Ariel and she was very helpful as far as trying to make things right. I will be going back.“
