“Today, July 6, 2024 I am celebrating my nine year at The University of Utah HEALTH as a Health Care Assistant. I am here to celebrate by myself because my family was attended our relatives wedding in Ohio. This is my first time to get in The American Burgers. The services rendered was great and at the same time the food was great. My son Jonel recommended me this American Burgers for a long time, finally I am here now for celebrating my nine years at The University of Utah HEALTH. Great place to be ...........“

“Me and my husband went here yesterday and got a chicken avocado wrap and a cilantro chicken quesadilla and they were so good the fries were my favorite though and very decent priced, the staff was very polite as well.“

“The food here is really good. It has vegan and vegetarian food options, although the meat is really good.

Vegetarian options: You can just ask them for no meat, etc. They are really friendly about it.

Parking: There are a few parking spots in the front and others around at other spots that is not far away.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the first floor and very easy to get into.“

“I heard that a young child got hit in their parking lot and I totally understand when cars are speeding around you to get in front of you. Their drive-thru service line are ridiculous. I guess it's probably going to take someone getting hit and killed before they realize they need to fix the problem.. we have complained about their parking lot layout several times and still management says there's nothing they can do..“

“Always Good Food, except once to had a bad experience with their Cheese Fries when they were on special in the App which I personally will Never get again & was in the Evening, I find the Day service is more on the ball than the crew after 7pm - close. Perhaps it's all the same to you, I've just been here temporarily which has now turned into a year, but just my honest review, but I still go there so no reason to kill the Grade above.“

“We stopped by today on a super busy night. India and Alissa as well as everyone else on the floor was quick and efficient. They still managed to be friendly and helpful even with several disrespectful customers ahead of us. We got through the line in no time and the food was delicious!“

“I wouldn't go there at all... the food is okay sometimes, but the general manager doesn't have a very good attitude at all. I worked there for 3 moths... two of my paycheck's corporate never paid because my direct deposit got screwed up somehow, and the manager didn't even really try to resolve it... they don't treat their customers or employees with very much respect either... trust me go somewhere else in town and you will get a lot better food... I have work in this industry for several years, and know good customer service is important, but they don't even try at all there... extremely disappointed and they have lost my business.“
