I pulled into Arby’s today with some heavy energy. I was frustrated. But Luke at the window, actually saw me. He struck up a real conversation. Nothing fake. Nothing scripted. Just human. By the time I drove away, the weight was lighter. Luke, your employee at the Tooele location today needs to be recognized. He turned my whole day around with nothing but kindness. Luke, thank you for delivering more than food today.
Luke was amazing we’d give 10 stars if we could. Best fast food customer service we’ve had since we moved out here.
I just got home from the Tooele Arbys location and I couldn't appreciate their employees more than anything rn. I had a fairly big sized order but when my card declined it got me flustered and embarrassed because it's just been a really rough week, and I was on my last straw. But the 2 amazing ladies on shift rn could tell, and immediately began to reassure me that its okay and it happens.
