“Beat Taco Bell experience or my life! Melissa gave me great service when she was busy with drive thru and getting food together. Portions were exactly how I expect from a Taco Bell. I order cheesy bean and rice burritos and they were packed with a perfect balance of cheesy sauce flavor, rice and beans grilled to perfection. I proved a photo of the burrito and the their immaculate dining area. I highly recommend a run to Thi’s border!“
“I visited late at night and ordered two items. Unfortunately, both were smashed and looked like they were rushed into the bag. I understand it was close to closing time and the line was long, but it wasn’t the best experience.
The next day, I came back and spoke with the manager. She listened to my concern and immediately remade the order without any issues. I really appreciate that level of integrity, customer service, and professionalism. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters, and the manager did a great job making it right.“
