“My partner and I frequent the drive through in the evenings. I usually order through the app for drive-through pick up. This Taco Bell has never messed up on my order customizations and is always fast even if there is a line.The crunch wraps are pretty lame and every so often you’ll get a taco shell/tortilla that isn’t warm, which can be a bummer. overall though I feel like an extremely consistent Taco Bell. I’m happy that our local Taco Bell is batting that well. I also haven’t had any cold tortillas recently so I might update this later with 5 stars if it doesn’t happen again.Update 1/11/24 - ordered late at night (early am) via the app, the chalupa in my $5 cravings box was left out :(“
“5 stars for the gentleman getting my husband and my order tonight. Whoever was working the register tonight was awesome. He seemed to be making the best of the following situation:0 stars how the female employees were treating the male employee. The females working with him were yelling at him the ENTIRE time we were at the window. The car behind us had a large order from what we gathered and the orders got confusing. Understandable the guys working likely got overwhelmed due to being yelled. The guy simply asked for help and 2 females started yelling at him. He was making sure everyone got their orders right and the girls were so horrible to him. We couldn’t believe how the young man was treated. We just hope other employees aren’t treated like this. All we know is one of the girls had glasses and a septum piercing and Caucasian. The other girl was Latina with dark.I hope this young man knows he did a phenomenal job serving my husband and I tonight despite the other employees around him.“
