I haven't had real pho since becoming a vegetarian in 2016. I had the beef pho and it was amazing.

To the owner, the menu is a bit confusing because it refers to vegan dishes as beef or ham (instead of be'f or plant based, etc), but it turns out everything on the menu is plant-based. It feels amazing not to be restricted to tofu!

I loved the casual dining room, the friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff, and of course, the delicious food. We ordered bbq beef salad rolls and lemongrass chicken noodle bowl. Soo goood. Updated from previous review on 2025-03-28

Always amazing food. Have had a hiccup or two where something was incorrect in my order but still tasted amazing. A little on the pricey side but always love supporting local vegan spots. SLC needs more!
