I called about our experience because we had a fry missing from our order and I just wanted a refund on that since we never received it. We ordered cinnamonbon bites and they were completely inedible. They were rock solid. I slammed it against the counter and it didn't chip. The icing was butter and not the right consistency. Came here last month and the bathrooms were both out of service. Cool. Maybe it’s getting fixed…..
More than a month later, I come back and they’re STILL out of service. Had to go to jimmy John’s nearby (but not really nearby) to relieve myself and wash my hands.
Martha was really sweet though hence the 3 stars. If it wasn’t for her — I’d give 1 star.

Understaffed, unfriendly, slow. Disappointing, not like most Wendy's we've been to.
