Just wanted to say we just had the best chicken. The manager and staff was friendly and took care of us.
They were VERY fast
The food was good but just not the best they've had before.

KFC offers a streamlined process with their mobile app, allowing for easy ordering and occasional free promotions. The Nashville hot sauce is a popular favorite, pairing well with their nuggets. Customers generally enjoy the hot and good food, although some have experienced issues such as the new chicken sandwich being a letdown and frequent biscuit shortages. The staff is usually quiet, but the restaurant is kept clean. Recent reviews mention that the drive-thru can be difficult during rush hour and that sometimes the chicken is not cooked all the way, with one customer noting the chicken was not fully cooked outside but was thoroughly cooked inside. Some customers also pointed out that the size of the chicken leg can vary, with one being very small but still tasty. Others suggest dining in for the best experience and mention that the staff at this location are friendly and attentive.
