Artie is amazing. I’ve never been treated so respectfully and genuinely at a pizza place in my life. My order got messed up but he immediately fixed it before I could even finish my sentence. Artie needs a raise for sure. 11/10 stars.
I went through the drive thru at this location, ordered a pizza, crazy bread, and italian cheese bread. I later noticed that my credit card statement showed I was charged about $5 more than I was told at the window. I was not offered a receipt when my food was handed to me, but didn't think anything of it at the time.I tried calling the store several times, nobody ever answered.I drove back to the store, and the person at the counter printed the receipt. It's not the employee's problem that this company has cheapen their pizza it almost tastes like cardboard literally. I just don't like the taste of it anymore as it got worse through the years which is okay cuz it's going to help me save my money to close somewhere else. The company as a whole has lost My interest in it. It's sad cuz it was affordable. I love pizza but I can't break the bank and I can't eat cardboard. But you guys do a great job here at this location.
