Every time I come in (or go through the drive-thru) the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We took our little Chihuahua in for the first time yesterday and they even made her a little Pup-achino!!
I literally just pulled out of the drive-thru because I waited for 10 minutes and sat in the same spot the entire time. Every time I go to this particular Beans and Brews, I always have to wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. The purpose behind a drive-thru is to get our coffee fast! I would understand if they were busy or if it were a different product but it's a drink and there's usually only one person in line in front of me.
