A week ago, I placed an order as a gift on a delivery. As soon as the DoorDash driver picked it up, they cancelled the order. I called the store and was told I had to contact DoorDash. I’ll come back to that. So I placed another order on the app for the gift I was sending, and no problems. Later that day, my family and I wanted some, so I ordered delivery to our home. The order was wrong, and I was offered a full refund, which I greatly appreciated. Here it is a week...
I'd give more stars, but a lot of times the cookies are not cooked all the way through. I'm also not a big fan of how much frosting they use. But the unfrosted cookies are always my go to!
The app is very easy to use. They will bring your order right to your car at the time you've ordered it and they are always wonderful. The cookies are tasty and delightful as well!
Wheelchair accessibility: I'm always on crutches (I have not had to use my electric chair) and they always bring my cookies to the car for me. All the stores I have visited have plenty of room to accommodate my chair if needed.
