El Rocoto is hands down the best Peruvian food in Salt Lake City! The dishes are incredibly fresh and authentic — we had the ceviche, pollo a la brasa, lomo saltado, and churrasco con papas fritas, and everything was delicious. The portions are generous, and the service is fast and attentive. The restaurant is clean, beautiful, and well-run by the owners themselves. I felt welcome, the atmosphere is awesome, the service is amazing and the food is fantastic. Come give this place a try!!!! I love this place. The peruvian rotisserie chicken is the go to!
