Stopped by Firehouse Subs and decided to try their French Dip. Let me tell you, this isn’t just a sandwich; it’s a masterpiece. The roast beef was tender, the cheese perfectly melted, and the au jus was rich and flavorful—easily the best French Dip I’ve ever had. The food and variety is great. The service is acceptable. I would prefer a little different seating arrangement/atmosphere, however, it is as expected. The parking lot gets a little busy and crowded but there are several other establishments in the area.
