People are obviously a bunch of complainers! Let me set the record straight with 5 stars all around. On behalf of myself and other family who have eaten at this location MANY times, the service has always been outstanding! I usually order through the mobile app and they always get my order right. It is Freaky Fast and Fresh just like they promise! Kudos to the staff at this JJ's that make it such a great place to eat! Please give yourself some credit for a job well done!...
Not only was my sandwich delicious, the staff was so so kind to me when I locked myself out of my car and had to wait for a service. Thank you to the two working today! You were so lovely :)

I typically stop here about once a week on my way to work, and virtually all the staff are very friendly, extremely fast, and half the time have my order made before I finish checking out! You guys rock!
