Jim's is just solid. No frills, just good, honest food that hits the spot every time. I got the chicken fried steak with hashbrowns and it was exactly what I was hoping for. The portion was huge, definitely got my money's worth. Our server was super friendly and kept the coffee coming without even having to ask. It's the kind of place you can count on for a good, filling meal without any fuss. We'll be back.
Didn't have a great experience, food was cooked wrong and the waitress gave us our food then didn't come back until we finished our food. I was then able to send back the steak that was cooked wrong. We had to wait for the new steak and for the person to then eat after everyone had already finished.
