“I will start by saying we love The Break, the food is amazing, top notch, and we go before every hockey game. I think management needs to know tonight they missed the mark in regards to service by a lot. I arrived at 5:40, by 6:00 I was in search to find out who our server was as no one had stopped by the table. 30+ minutes after my arrival at 6:15 she arrived. I ordered our drinks AND meals but before I did, I asked how long she expected the food to arrive since we were going to the game. Side note tonight was not half as busy as other nights we have been here. She said that the food would be out in 20 minutes so we decided to stay. 6:40, an hour after arrival and our drinks are finally served. At 7:00 my husbands meal is served, 45 minutes after the order was placed. At 7:10 we had to find someone to ask about mine because by that time he is half done eating his meal and I still don’t have mine. Needless to say I was pretty upset as we had now missed the entire first period of the hockey game by the time we left.“

“We came in had a 30 minute wait. Got on the list and waited longer and they said we already called you and didn’t even offer us the next seats. They just looked at us like see you .later. Horrible service. I will never go there again.
**Update** A manager contacted me to discuss my review. I gave her all of the details and she apologized and invited us back with a gift card. I told her I didn’t want anything, I just wanted to be heard and to let those workers know how their customer service needs to be improved. She offered us the gift card to “make things right”. I appreciate her sincerity and will try again in the near future.“
