Food was good, but the place was a hot mess. Staff were dropping food and just kicked it under the fryers. The cashier person was less than friendly, they were super unorganized with their online orders. I saw 4 door dashers walk out because it was taking "too long" I'm sure the food was there and ready as they had tons stacked up, but no idea what they were really doing.

The food was pretty good, the atmosphere was to be expected and the service was okay. The reason for my score is that the menu and policy annoy me. I don't typically drink soda and don't normally get combos with wings, but if you order wings by themselves, you can order a maximum of 10. To get more, you have to complete a separate transaction. The wings don't come with sauce or veggies unless you get a combo, which is about $2 more. The price between 8 and 10 wings...

We tried to go to the Brickyard location, called for 40 minutes, no answer and they hung up on us multiple times, we just had a quick question regarding the soda machine. We called the West Valley location to see if they could help, and Pam the manager was out of this world amazing!! She apologized for a mistake that wasn’t hers, went above and beyond by assuring us our food was up to standard and answered the question we had! This Wingstop is further for us, but so worth the...
