I decided to DoorDash some soup and some kids meals for my grandbabies. I just want to say thank you so much. My order was exactly how I ordered it, and my grandbabies love their kid meals. “we tried Eiko Cafe SLC (1234 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City) and were so excited to try authentic Chinese food. they have your typical orange chicken and chow mein available, but we went for the boiled fish filet with pickled cabbage (left) and west lake beef soup (right). the fish dish was spicy, tender, savory and also had a slight numbing effect of the Sichuan peppercorn (yum!). the beef soup was the best thing to have on this snowy and wet day. our waitress introduced herself as Jasmine and was so excited to see us try what her family eats at home. she was very accommodating and so friendly! we will be back tomorrow and hope we can easily decide what things to get next… we want to try the entire menu.“

P.F. Changs was on point once again. If you haven't been, they do an American-asian fusion and it's great. However, in large part the 5 star review is due to the fact that this particular PF Changs plays host to Amethyst. Simply the best server of the year! The grace she displayed - otherworldly. Her timing - sublime. She made the experience for our party. If you have the means, I highly recommend.“
