it was all right. nice staff. clean bath room
It's time to update my review given the recent changes. Unfortunately they drive thru is no longer an option unless you want to order something extremely simple. The drive thru is now an AI assistant that just doesn't understand what it means when you want the gravy on the side. It ends up being an additional side of gravy. So you end up paying more and still don't get what you wanted.

I find all Bojangles are not as consistent as others.
Trigg Enterprise Restaurants in Tricities TN are very consistent..
I customizing is a little difficult. Dirty Rice and beans together is not on the menu... When ordering, it can be confusing...
This combination is great! But separate and mix.
Getting a grilled chicken breast with brown beans and dirty rice as a meal should be on rhe menu.
