I had such a great experience at Ben & Jerry’s recently, and I want to give a special shoutout to Talat. From the moment I walked in, the store felt welcoming, clean, and well-run. It was obvious that Talat takes pride in his work and sets a great example for the team.
He was attentive to customers, made sure the line moved quickly, and still took the time to be friendly and approachable. When I had a question about flavors, Talat answered with genuine enthusiasm and even offered a sample so I could find exactly what I wanted.
What stood out most was the way he interacted with both staff and customers professional, kind, and always making sure everyone was happy. You could see how much his positive vibe impacted the store.
It’s not every day you come across someone like Talat , who makes such a difference in the overall experience.He is doing an outstanding job, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service he provided.!!
