I have never encountered such terrible customer service as I did when I called the restaurant to ask about the burger that we ordered to be delivered through Uber Eats. I wanted a build your own burger for my daughter, and that is not what arrived. The gentleman (Abdul) told me that this is a very common happening, as the menu prompts aren’t correct on Uber.
