China Cafe on Richmond Highway in Alexandria, VA is an example of "Because my restaurant is in a lower middle class neighborhood, I don't need to go the extra step." The Hot and Sour soup was so bad. :( It was just mushrooms and very thin broth. It's my favorite, and I was so bummed. Also the Chicken Teriyaki was dry.The crab rangoon was good though. Keep that up.
