This location is emblematic of the corporate greed that has destroyed the Chipotle brand and experience. You have the cheap biodegradable bowls that fall apart and are soaked with oil and grease instantly, you have the cheap paper bags that rip apart, fall as you carry your order out the door. I’m giving this Chipotle 3 out of 5 stars, and I want to explain why.

First, the positives. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service from start to finish. The food was fresh and tasted great. The restaurant itself was also very clean, especially the dining area and the bathroom, which was noticeably cleaner than most other Chipotle locations I’ve visited.

This is the only, and I repeat, ONLY Chipotle I go to in the Alexandria area! 😊 And trust me, I’ve been to all of them. 😆 This is the only** location I’ve noticed that is consistently delicious with fresh ingredients, well-made, no mistakes and everything is on point like the old days.

lol We all know Chipotle’s quality has gone downhill… But you can count on this place to not reflect that! 👏🏽 I usually order UberEats from this location specifically...
