We recently went to eat at the Copper Mill and had an up and down experience. The up is that the food was good. The down was the service. The servers seem very disconnected to giving good service. Instead of helping us, the servers were chatting.and seemed aloof to cleaning our plates or asking how everything was. Nobody seemed to smile or give the impression they ate happy you are there. They have a beautiful restaurant in a prime location. I hope they get it together either...
