Come on Dunkin'....Food - not that great. Warm bread but cold cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Waste of money.Service - not that great. Employee turnover rate is horrible. Slow service. Staff appear stressed when it's a crowd by making the wrong orders. More training is needed.Atmosphere - small space. Not kept clean on a regular basis.Donuts - everyone love donuts, I guess.
John is so KIND and PROFESSIONAL! We appreciate his kind service and great smile.On Sundays, they close at 3pm, but our order through the app was accidentally submitted by system error or something. When we arrived, the store was closed but John came out to explain the situation to us and he still prepared our takeout order - it was already 3:26pm.
