Honestly, it’s fine but there’s a 70% they’ll be out of something you order. Most places 86 the item when it’s out on the app, this place never does so you either end up waiting longer than if you ordered in person and not getting what you ordered. Just update your inventory on the app.
Best Dunkin location around me that gets my drink right. 95% of the time my drink is made perfect and on time. I order mobile. I’ve only had like 2 times where my sandwich was burnt and hash browns still served like that where I complained. There are some mornings that my hashbrowns are missing or an order of munchkins.
