Ordered from door dash. Driver was there waiting almost an hour for 1 burrito and 3 shrimp tacos. When I call the restaurant the woman who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. She also basically called me liar saying the driver just got there when door dash notifys you as soon as they arrive. Then she said ok he's about to get the food now. He was tiil waiting an additional 20 min. Kuddos to the driver for staying that was awesome of him. I called back to speak to the manager. Was refused her name and was told.to call back in a an hour. Food is mid and customer service is NASTY

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone as the first time i had a issue i gave it a pass and now this is the second time I'm having a issue

Number 1 staff was very rude on the phone when I called to check my order after already waiting for 47 mins before I called them.

2nd the first issue was staff being rude over the phone after letting them know that I was missing cheese in my burrito. Like what ? How will you have a attitude with me when I called being polite about something you did wrong and you argue with me about it ???? Wow just unbelievable. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will be reporting to the SBB and Alexandria city Small business center

Everything was mid. The pupusas have the wrong cheese and barely any meat. The chicken nachos were just not good. The happy hour margaritas were overly sweet and barely had any alcohol (we ordered a round of shots to pour into the margs just to make them drinkable). Our waitress was fine other than the fact that we had to wave her down multiple times and basically put dishes in her hand to get her to clear the table. Don't believe Instagram, the hype is not worth it.

there’s no drink menu. i asked if there were margarita special or flavors, and she couldn’t properly explain. i then asked for an ultra that was on the shelf and she tells me they don’t have it. just take it off the shelf. i settled on a lemonade. the taste of that made me want to just cancel my food order. and i should’ve, the chips were christmas themed and soggy already. overall, very disappointed with this place. It looks cute from the outside. It looked like it had aesthetics and good reviews. but i wasthoroughly disappointed in my experience.

Chips cold but not stale. Salsa good; not too watery. Queso okay, served steaming hot (most likely microwaved).

Margaritas good, quesa birria tacos good, flan good.

Definitely better than some other places in the area. I would eat here again.

i ordered the food for delivery today, and usually i’m not one to complain about my food in a review. but unfortunately i was unable to eat any of the items that had beef in it because it tasted as if it had gone extremely bad. i got the birria tacos, surf and turf, and fried shrimp taco. the shrimp taco was great don’t get me wrong but the taste of the beef and how much i paid for it is quite frustrating.

Came in from out of town stayed up the road and we wanted Mexican food. The guacamole is green like from a packet; not authentic and not good. The place is decorated beautifully but the food is sub par with limited flavor. And….they had no salsa for the chips. Claimed, “it went bad”. The first and probably the last time I’ll hear this from a Mexican restaurant that based on decide alone looks authentic. The salsa went bad….what? The shredded chicken taco was really good. The waitress/bartender was pleasant but it’s probably not a good practice to tell patrons they ran out of salsa because it went bad. :/ This place has potential and should invest in that moving forward.

Vegetarian options: Vegetarian taco. No cheese very tasty.
