Been going here for a couple of years now. Great cold sandwich and coffee shop with plenty of varied options. I would disregard the somewhat ignorant and irrelevant negative review. This is not a full fledged restaurant and should not be assessed as one. You don't go to Starbucks for coffee and expect to be pampered do you? I stopped by this deli recently and ordered a tuna melt sandwich on a rather hot day. Located inside a corporate building on Henry Street, you need to actually access the lobby of the building it's located inside to get to the deli itself (there's no street access from the deli). Service was very friendly, the place was very neat/clean, and my food was ready fairly quickly. I liked their selection of hot and cold sandwiches, as well as sides and snacks (i.e. chips).
