“This location is well managed, food is good with quick and friendly service and clean. Super impressive, but building deserves a remodel. It's currently decorated for the holidays, attached pic is from the ladies' room which was super clean.“

“Service was great, and the steak tips with eggs were point on! Steak was a perfect medium, and the grilled onions had a little crunch left.
I don't know why I often think that IHOP is nothing special. This is so wrong because my past dining experience with IHOP is always positive. The most recent, steak tips and eggs, was one of the best meals that I have had in a while.
I will definitely go more often.“
