“First impression of Ruby's kitchen is that the coco bread was that it was slightly underdone but it had a nice sweet Tang to it it was light it was delightful I wish the presentation wasn't flattened when it was served but overall very tasty

Beef patty was good flaky crust meat stuffing was okay needed more spice to it just to poke out a little bit more to the overwhelming flaky crust I feel like the beef patty is so close to being Perfection but it's shy

Curry chicken patty again good flaky crust to me it was a little undercooked presentation wise could use a little bit more pizzazz but the flavor of the curry chicken is divine the flavors are in depth rich and complex

Jerk chicken was my favorite the complexities of the jerk seasoning was titillating on my pallet I had to go back for a second bite just to understand what was going on fully with the spices the crust again is surprisingly flaky and tantalizing on the palate The Filling really accentuates I really recommend the jerk chicken one out of all of the three

Overall Ruby's Kitchen was an inexpensive Delight that I would go to and try more things to I was very very surprised and I look forward to trying them further“

“Cool concept it’s like +6 kitchens in 1. They offer a lot of different promos on social media. From Alana pizza, I ordered the burrata and the bacon pesto pizza. The burrata was really fresh and I enjoyed the pesto pizza. From Di Fara pizza, I ordered the pepperoni, sausage and meatball pizza. Not sure if it was dough or the pizza was undercooked, but I wish there was more of a crisp to the crust. I found myself chewing longer than expected.

Location was really clean and ordering via the app was easy. There’s plenty of street parking around the shopping center. Prices are high for the area. I would definitely be back to try some of the other restaurants.“
