We love eating here. The food is fresh and delicious, there's hardly no wait to get the food and my kiddos love it too. We've gotten it all, but our favorite is the hummus, the joojeh (chicken) and barreh (lamb).
The food was not what it used to be in years past. I've been eating Moby Dick at their various branches for nearly 30 years. In the past 6 years the quality has suffered progressively.
When ordering, there was an issue with the register, so I received no receipt for my credit card purchase.
The temperature in the restaurant was very warm. It seems the AC was unable to keep up with the 100°F temperature outside.

The food is good and typically efficient, so I will give 5 stars. However, I want to complain about the ridiculous loyalty program. You must download the app. And you must add a credit card in the app. And you must use that same card to make your purchase. Other places do not require this ridiculous method. I don’t want to store my credit card in your database because databases are hacked every day. I come in, give my phone number, but it doesn’t give me any points....
