We chose Old Blue initially because of their BBQ, which had an incredible smoky flavor and the perfect texture from the brisket to the chicken, it was hard to pick a main course for our guests; and the shrimp and watermelon skewers were incredible too! We wanted a caterer that could turn our wedding into an upscale family BBQ, the kind that brings families together over the summer.

Omg. I found this place on Google last minute on 4th of July. They were sold out of almost all of the meat (they close at 4pm and I was ordering around 3pm on a holiday, so it’s understandable) so I decided I’d just get an appetizer and a side and go somewhere else later.
