Nice food!

Best chicken Philly I have had in the DMV. My boyfriend had the steak, and he said it was delicious. The French fries were good too. Great prices and service

Worst experience ever when I call him to order they ask about my order right away. Cut the phone off without confirming my order upon arrival the old lady was really rude. She was kept making me repeat myself after I receive my order. Noticed they did not add a french fries. I had to come back to grab it then it turns out that my steak and cheese that I have ordered was not the same. I had no salad. I had no cheese in it just to meat with bread no flavors at all. I don’t recommend this place.

I like their cheesesteaks and the people are nice 😊

Philly steak and cheese is outstanding also with potato a meal to remember

Took about 45 minutes for my sub to be made. The cook was sweating profusely while making the food …. He wiped his sweat a few times, came from behind the counter turned on lights and did various other things without taking his gloves off. He then proceeded to prep more food orders to include my sub without even changing his gloves. While prepping the food he had sweat dripping off his face because there is no AC inside the building…

Walked in when there were 0 orders on the board or customers waiting and ordered 2 cheesesteaks, 1 with no tomatoes. It took 15mins to get it and both had tomatoes. This was between late lunch and early dinner hours so that might have something to do with the issue

These folks are a train wreck. The manager and their customer severice are a disaster. I was left on hold to the point it was clear that no one was going to come back and then told they were too busy to help correct my order. They don't value their customers and do not respect them. Spend your money elsewhere.

Ultimate steak was ok! Front desk guy was friendly! But I would not eat here again!

I recently visited Philadelphia Cheesesteak Factory in Alexandria, VA, for lunch on a Friday afternoon. I ordered the Ultimate Cheesesteak, which came with hot peppers, sweet peppers, mushrooms, onions, and I opted for cheese whiz. I also added a side of mozzarella sticks. The place wasn’t crowded, and the customer service was excellent. Our order was taken promptly, and the food was prepped and ready quickly.

However, the food itself didn’t live up to expectations. The cheesesteak was juicy, but the meat lacked seasoning, and the cheese whiz was underwhelming and could have used more flavor. The bread, which is essential to a good cheesesteak, didn’t complement the sandwich at all. As for the mozzarella sticks, they were pretty standard—nothing special, but nothing bad either.

Overall, while the service was great, the food missed the mark. I probably wouldn’t return for the cheesesteak but might consider trying something else from the menu if I’m in the area. I’d rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

I ordered Onion Rings they were over cook and greasy! My steak sub was salty! Bad experience for it to be my first time. Ordering from here! I felt like a waste of my 30 bucks! First and last time they get my hard earned money!

My salad ingredients were fresh with crisp greens. The staff was super friendly. The food tasted really good! We appreciated the amount of meat in our cheesesteak hoagie.

For a place with cheesesteaks in its name, it’s just okay. Honestly jersey mikes makes a better cheesesteak as much as it pains me to say it. However, everyone seems to be ordering pizzas so maybe I’ll try that next time
