Umiya in Alexandria is a whole experience. From the moment you walk in, you can tell it’s not just dinner — it’s a vibe. Three floors, a rooftop bar, and all-you-can-eat? Say less.
The variety on the menu is impressive, and everything came out fresh and flavorful. The wagyu? Yum. Absolutely worth it. If you’re going to do all-you-can-eat, this is the way to do it.

Great food options and drinks. Very friendly staff especially our server, Khuan!
Interacting with the hosts before being seated is always awkward and not welcoming—there is definitely room for improvement with their customer service skills. Prices on the menus on the website should also be updated (or removed!) to avoid surprises. Servers and bussers were all very kind, courteous, and helpful. Umiya Sushi offers excellent and delicious food at an affordable price. The menu has a great variety, including sushi rolls made with fresh seafood like mackerel sashimi, tako wasabi, and yellowtail jalapeño roll. The dining area is inviting, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The service is lighting quick and great. Guests can choose as much as they can eat from a very substantial menu of high-grade items. The restaurant features a small buffet bar with steamed crab, fruits, and dim sum. Dishes like the fantastic mentaiko udon arrive quickly and taste fresh and flavorful. The portions are ginormous. Despite small parking, the quality of food and service makes Umiya Sushi a place worth returning to.
