Interacting with the hosts before being seated is always awkward and not welcoming—there is definitely room for improvement with their customer service skills. Prices on the menus on the website should also be updated (or removed!) to avoid surprises. Servers and bussers were all very kind, courteous, and helpful. Multiple orders were placed and never delivered and we had to re-order, but food quality was excellent. Will return when we're really craving it, but definitely...
Second time and we enjoyed a lot! Their salmon is excellent and their rolls are fun and flavorful. Their milk teas are excellent, we found the fruit teas too sugary. It took a while to get our first plates and especially the rolls, but we came on a busy Friday night and were seated downstairs. Their dessert buns are excellent.

The food was so yummy, we definitely will be back..the bartender on the roof was awesome..he noticed I was cold and brought me soup..the service across board from everyone was great.
