I'm surprised at the low reviews for this place - I have been coming to this particular Starbucks location more frequently, as they have made my drink perfect, each and every time - the staff here are friendly, and they greet everyone who walks in, which is so nice!I have done the ordering through the app, and the beverages have always been ready slightly before the quoted time.Parking is a bit of a pain, as the Alexandria Commons plaza is busy all the time - the spots fill up...read full review

The lady who works weekday nights, Saba, bends over backwards for White customers of any age or gender but acts markedly different towards Asian customers. She barely wants to speak to you. I have to be in the area once a week and because of Saba's blatant discrimination I have switched over to Panera where service is friendly towards everyone. I went to the Starbucks inside of the giant and received awful service. They didn't have cold brew and made my chai latte Luke warm. My husband did a mobile order from your location since the cold brew was for him. When picking it up I asked if I could heat it up. Meroni not only heated it up and made me a new hot one.
