We ate here twice while we were in town visiting for a training. 10/10 Delicious food and excellent service! The resteraunt has been around for 120 yrs. Cozy modern atmosphere.

Royal Restaurant is a beautiful boutique restaurant in the heart of Alexandria. The food is always excellent, absolutely delicious, and absolutely amazing. Menu choices are exceptional, with both gluten free and vegan options, and an extensive menu including savory and sweet choices like bananas foster french toast, the royal breakfast, and the acai bowl. Drinks are fantastic. The service is unbeatable, with the best customer service from a very attentive server who always served with a beautiful smile. The management team goes above and beyond. The restaurant is gorgeous, with both patio and indoor seating, a great atmosphere with a lot of fresh flowers, and a dog-friendly patio. Noise level was low. It was a very good price for the quality. Parking is available at the restaurant or at a parking garage right down the street.
