I ordered a caramel ribbion crunch. The first one it was no extra caramel. The second one it seemed rushed and unprofessional because I paid for 1 shot of espresso and and cinnamon powder and I didn’t take it all I can taste was caramel .

Every visit means waiting 20 minutes for you item large or small, the baristas don’t announce the names on the items they just set them down and walk away. Then when I’m picking thru the items to see if mine is ready I get scolded by another barista for touching everything.
