“I recently visited this Wendy’s and, although my food order was mixed up, the service was commendable. So it's a mixed review as they were super nice and fast, but maybe too fast. If I'm in the mood for Wendy's again, I’ll definitely give them another try, hoping for an error-free visit next time.“
“Wendy’s deserves real appreciation for the way they honor veterans on Veterans Day each year. Offering free meals may sound like a simple gesture, but the way they deliver it makes it feel meaningful, respectful, and genuine. When I visited, I didn’t feel like just another person in line; the staff was welcoming, smiling, and incredibly courteous from the moment I walked in. There was no hint of rush, impatience, or “just going through the motions.” Instead, every interaction felt intentional and appreciative.
What stood out even more was how organized everything was despite being busy. The team handled the rush professionally, and they never made veterans feel like an inconvenience. They thanked people for their service, served meals with kindness, and kept a positive attitude the entire time. The food was great, but the appreciation behind it meant more.
In a world where gestures sometimes feel like marketing, Wendy’s effort comes across as heartfelt support and recognition. They didn’t just give food; they created an environment where veterans felt valued and respected. That kind of generosity and professionalism makes a lasting impression, and it’s something I truly want to acknowledge. Wendy’s really stepped up to show appreciation, and it matters.“
“Everything was perfect until the manager on duty with peering out and counting how many napkins and forks I took which were two for one for me and one for the other person. And then he actually has to confront me. If you put that much effort into making the place maybe a little neater a little more clean in the bathrooms more clean is prophets may increase so he doesn't have to sit there and count napkins and silverware!“
