Came to 9292 for the first time and left completely stuffed. We tried the unlimited bbq which was $37 per person. There were plenty of sides, which were constantly refilled (even before some of them were completely finished) and the edges of the grill have compartments for steamed egg, cheese corn, mushrooms and sprouts (which also were constantly refilled). The service is quite attentive and they like to come back to help cook the meats. The meat portions are massive!! We wanted to try multiple types of meat but by the time we finished our second choice, we were already pretty stuffed. I think it would've been nice to have smaller portions of each meat so we could try all that the menu had to offer. The grill is also small due to the sides cooking along the edges so it takes longer to cook the meat as well. Overall the flavors are good and it was a fun experience. Would return with small groups only - it may be hard to keep the meat cooking fast enough for a large group. Bonus - they give you a melon popsicle at the end! Side note- the place is fairly new but it felt very smoky with stale air, and the tables seemed a bit sticky/greasy.

Needs bigger grill. And remove the ring of sides around the grill... that space could've been used for more meat rather than unevenly cooked sides where it's burnt on the bottom and raw on the top. The grease just flows down to the ring anyway making it even worse. Server also just tossed the entire plate of brisket onto the tiny grill, which obviously overflowed into the ring of raw eggs...

The service is enthusiastic and the atmosphere is full. However, the food is a bit disappointing, and the raw beef is not evenly mixed. I really don’t know how to eat the beef bone soup, and I don’t provide food. Roasted pork is not as delicious as roasting it at home. All in all, the dishes generally don’t make you want to come back a second time. There are many kinds of side dishes, but one of them tastes like it has been in the refrigerator for a long time.

Our server was so demanding after we were seated and didn't have the chance to look over the menu and when we felt like he was annoyed by us , cause he would avoid our table and when he did come to our he wasn't professional or courteous. And the whole time we were there he would try to avoid our table by going around our table and going the other direction to the patron that came in after we did.

Hands down the worst service I've ever received in the kbbq industry. This was not my first time eating at 9292, I've been a couple times and service was way better on a busy weekend night. First off, I was greeted by a please wait to be seated sign, so I waited, for 13 minutes. There was a line forming behind us and who knows where the women seating us was. I usually don't make negative reviews, but I believe this needed to be shared. My server Jae Hyuk C constantly left side dishes and water empty. Grills were constantly burnt and server had poor temperature management. If it weren't for my previous experiences with kbbq, all of the meats would have been completely burnt leaving it inedible. When questioned the line "is everything good here?" My grill was so burnt that it was smoking in our faces. Management should have better monitoring over their staff and training. I noticed that my table was not the only one smoking. On top of that, I received a 18% auto gratuity charge even though the only service I received was bringing out meat after 15 mins of a empty smoking grill. Another complaint that I have is that I ordered rice when we first sat down, and didn't receive it until after I reminded him halfway through my meal. Overall, my server needs more intensive training and to speak up. He needs to work on his customer service because it was obvious that he did not know how to read the room.

Been twice, first time I would give 2 stars for service but this second (and last) time I would give -5 stars on service if I could.First time was pretty average, came with one other friend. Server could’ve been more attentive but I think he noticed I was flipping the meats myself at times and figured he can give other tables more attention. As a Korean man I’m used to flipping my own meats so it doesn’t bother me too much.The second time I was there with 3 other friends. Maybe he figured he can get away with the “service” he provided since they can charge you an automatic 18% gratuity (they did not do this the first time). He came around to our table once every 20-30 mins or so, left our meats to frequently burn (if I or a friend didn’t flip it ourselves), and forgot items to bring to our table multiple times. At one point I saw him pass by our table three times, glancing at our table, while our grill had been completely empty for the last 20 mins waiting for him to bring our next meat.He may have saved his night by applying the 18% automatic gratuity, but my friends and I will certainly not be returning (not that I would expect him to care, but the owners should take note for future hires). Really a shame, since the meat quality seems to be one of the better ones around here, but it’s not worth with this service

We tried this on recommendation of a friend who is local and loves the corn cheese. In order to get brisket, we had to go with the higher priced AYCE menu. I liked the brisket, but not everyone in our party did. We tried brisket, bulgogi, and pork belly. The bulgogi was the crowd favorite. No one cared for the pork belly much - somehow, it was under seasoned. Unlike other AYCE bbqs we've been to, they bring and cook the meat one at a time. Several times the server overcooked it and it wasn't great. Also unlike other places, they just kept bringing more and we didn't need to request it - which is great, I guess, unless you are full and they suddenly dump two more plates of beef on the grill. Then you realize omg, how can we finish this? Thankfully they did not charge us extra for leftover uneaten meat. I still felt very bad leaving wasted food. But we hadn't asked for it... When they brought the ticket, I was shocked that gratuity was almost $50. I didn't think our service was very good - from the beginning, when they made us move our chairs to sit differently than we wanted so the server could access the grill the way he wanted, to the silent lack of communication about what else we wanted (for example, they didn't bring rice, even when we asked. I've never ever been to AYCE BBQ where rice is not served!) Our server just didn't talk to us! Anyway, I would've been happy to tip 15%, but 18 or 20% or whatever they added was a surprise. I was so stunned that I failed to realize until after we left that they had charged all of us as adults, failing to ever ask the kids' ages - our youngest is 9 and very small, and didn't eat much at all. I left feeling overcharged. Next time we will go back to Honey Pig! I do agree with one thing though - the corn cheese is dang delicious.
