Shin-Chon Sul Lung Tang is a cozy and casual place with extremely friendly, cordial, and polite workers who show a lot of hospitality to customers. The food is very flavorful and worth the wait. The broth for the sul lung tang is insanely creamy and thick, not watery at all. The seolleongtang has a clean white bone broth with tender slices of brisket and plenty of noodles and meat. The yukgaejang is the best in the area, and the oxtail soup comes with flavorful tendon bits and lots of meat. The galbitang has a savory broth and great flavor. The haemul pajeon is crispy and stuffed with seafood. The standout item is the kong-guksu. The soups are under-salted so customers can customize them to their liking. The place is also really good for when someone is hungover and wants soup.
