A couple of friends and I stopped by 9292 Shabu (not to be confused with 9292 KBBQ or 9292 Pocha) for some hot pot. It was a Wednesday night so it was pretty quiet- which was to our benefit! It allowed us to own the sauce bar and own the very extensive buffet bar which is full of noodles, fish balls, dumplings, vegetables, and other amazing add-ons to your meal (hot dogs anyone?) I would highly recommend getting the single meat option rather than the all you can eat, unless you are with a large party. There was plenty of other options (including pescatarian and vegan/vegetarian) at the bar for me to cook in my broth.The atmosphere can feel a little cold and cramped since the restaurant is covered in gray and metal tones with the color coming from the bar and the TVs playing KPOP videos. Absolutely loved dinner here tonight. Our server Brandon was fantastic and prompt with everything :)The whole place is beautifully clean. I love that you can get your own hot pot and don't have to share with your party if you don't want to! The buffet options were sweet and everything was super fresh and tasty.Will absolutely be back - I've found my go to!
