if you want your order screwed up this would be the place. no one listens to you, no one tries to fix the situation. the customer service level is crap. the guy taking the order at the drive thru was plain rude. sounded like he didnt want to be there. when we got to the window to pay, we asked why the total was so expensive and all he did was stare. so we paid to get the receipt and when we got to the second window, the girl was even worse. didnt speak english or something.

MCDONALDS - PLEASE PUT UP LARGE SIGNS THAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE TOWED IF THEY PARK IN THE LOWER LOT. THERE ARE NO SIGNS AND PEOPLE ARE BEING TOWED DAILY. NOT FAIR TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU DO NOT WARN THEM.
