When asked how much longer it would take, the cashier, Rosa, began to insult my mom in Spanish. I called their manager on duty to complain and he explained that disciplinary action would be taken.

I love Popeyes, but this has to be one of their worst locations. They always forget something in my order. Last time it was my fries, the time before that was my mashed potatoes, but this time IT WAS THE CHICKEN! They literally gave me less chicken than I ordered! If you want to eat here, I recommend looking at your food before leaving to make sure they actually gave you your order

The west springfield location next to my house is infinitly better. The service at this place is just acoustic. I give them my coupon say "thats it nothing else" and the lady asks me 4 more different questions. I do not want the pie bro I made my intentions very clear. I sit down, realize I didnt get sauce, the guy says its 53 cents for sauce. So i was eating my burger with no honey mustard :( Been hre twice both times it sucked hey If the guy who rejected me my honey mustard is reading this keep yourself safe

Frankly this place needs to be closed. The customer service was horrible all the time they treat you like a sheet. I went there to get my regular spicy chicken and asked the guy for a cup of water then the guy on drive through said me to pay 53 cents for cup and the water is free. Then I said I have my own cup I don’t want to pay for disposable cup he said sorry I can’t touch your cup. He basically doesn’t want to help me. I am really surprised because you can get water in any restaurant even if you are not buying stuffs in there. It is the worst place that I don’t recommend for any one. It needs to be closed.

As a local patron of this super sad location I’m BEGGING you to please submit your complaints to Popeyes Corporate—not google. Nothing will change unless the trend has an impact on the Popeyes brand and reputation. I can attest to all the complaints here. But hungry kids still demand chicken tenders after a game! Let’s get them what they deserve :)

Let me start by saying that we love Popeyes chicken. Just not the food at this location. The food was surprisingly served at a decent timeframe of 15 minutes (compared to other reviewers wait times); however, if I had to wait an extra 15 minutes to get food that tasted good, I would have happily waited. We got the wings and was told we could choose three sauces, so we did. When we got the wings, there was one tiny line of sauce in each container that could barely cover one wing. The sides were yuck. It tasted different from what we are used to from Popeyes except for the fries- the fries were ok. On top of that, customer service was mediocre at best. No one was welcoming. It felt like an “order your food and get going” experience. The dining area was filthy. We had to clean our own table, bench seating, and chair. But before that, we had to ask for tissues because there were none available for self-service. This location gets two stars- one for the fact that their fries were edible and two, they did give us honey packets when we asked for it. Sad that they get stars for something basic, but I was trying to find positives in the experience.Parking: Depending on the time of day, parking can be limited. The parking area is a bit weird having only one row of parking on the main entrance side.

I bought the 10.59 wing combo meal. It came with fries, I did not get any fries. This has happened multiple times with them where I'll order food and not get all of my meal. It's very irritating. Word of advice, if u get it take out and are picking it up in person be SURE to double check so they you know they didn't miss an item. That's 3 dollars I'm never gonna get back. Good luck to the rest of you. Hope you actually get everything you paid for.

They tell you 7 mins for food but have you wait 30 then just to not care about any complaints you tell them. Night manager Abdul doesn’t care for customer service this location always takes forever and is way overdue for a remodel. Dedo not coming back.
The stuff doesn’t take the order carefully and most of the time they give wrong food or missing item.

Ordered sweet & spicy wings. 1st box the wings were warm but did not taste great. The other box the wings were cold and did not taste good either. Both boxes did not contain a lot of the sauce either. The mac n cheese was warm thank goodness but I've had better at other Popeyes locations. Won't order from here again.
