The west springfield location next to my house is infinitly better. The service at this place is just acoustic. I give them my coupon say "thats it nothing else" and the lady asks me 4 more different questions. I do not want the pie bro I made my intentions very clear. I sit down, realize I didnt get sauce, the guy says its 53 cents for sauce. Frankly this place needs to be closed. The customer service was horrible all the time they treat you like a sheet. I went there to get my regular spicy chicken and asked the guy for a cup of water then the guy on drive through said me to pay 53 cents for cup and the water is free. Then I said I have my own cup I don’t want to pay for disposable cup he said sorry I can’t touch your cup. He basically doesn’t want to help me. As a local patron of this super sad location I’m BEGGING you to please submit your complaints to Popeyes Corporate—not google. Nothing will change unless the trend has an impact on the Popeyes brand and reputation. I can attest to all the complaints here. But hungry kids still demand chicken tenders after a game! Let’s get them what they deserve :)
