I went through the drive-thru at this place and the person at the window was very rude and lacked empathy towards us; when we wanted to ask her a question, she closed the window in our faces. It wasn't enough for her to behave that way; if she doesn't like that job, she should look for another one or find people who actually show interest in what they do.
I ordered online and drove there to pick up my order and I waited for at least 30min. Yes I saw at that time the place was a little busier than normal however they let me waited for over 30min when I asked the worker who named Denise she was giving me attitude and didn't want to speak to me like she is having some kind problems speaking. I was NOT the only one who she gave attitude to. So I politely asked if my order was ready when I saw a few of orders on the counter were...
For someone a bit critical of fast food places I really like this Popeyes. The chicken was NOT greasy but well cooked, tender and moist. And the sides of biskets, cole slaw, beans and rice was very good. Next time I want to try the mashed potatoes and especially the French fries because I really like French fries and can't wait to taste them. Btw my mom & especially bro were remembering when this place use to be the Jack-In-the-Box back in the 70s perhaps and early 80s!...
