I eat at a lot of Seolleongtang (설렁탕) restaurants and usually the broth is a lot richer and creamier. This one was watery and thin. Also the rice tasted very generic. I wish you used a better quality rice. However, the service was great and the place is very clean, so this review is really only my opinion on the soup.
You can’t get better soup than from a place that specializes in it. The seollongtang had plenty of noodles and meat. The galbitang had a savory broth, lots of meat — great flavor all around. The haemul pajeon was crispy and stuffed with seafood.
The standout item was the kong-guksu. Dad had been craving it as it was a favorite of his in childhood. He has tried it at other places and wasn’t impressed. Here, he finished the whole thing and would’ve licked...

The beef bone broth soup was flavorful. I ordered cold buckwheat noodles, galbi tang, and sautéed beef tripe—all excellent dishes, complemented by a clean interior and polite service. Overall, a pleasant dining experience, and I look forward to returning to try other dishes. Bone broth is not easy to prepare, and many restaurants cut corners over time, compromising flavor and quality. I truly hope they continue to maintain their standards.
