Gal behind counter was very very helpful and nice. First time going, so we didn't know container sizes or how to dispense. Now we are experts. We went for my husband’s birthday. We were 3 adults, so its good for adults too!
I don’t usually write reviews, but Scarlet and Valentina deserve it. They were working at Sweet Frog during our visit and went above and beyond. They helped us find dairy-free options, gave great flavor combo suggestions, and kept checking if we needed anything. Polite, upbeat, and attentive without hovering. That kind of customer service keeps people coming back.
This location is great. Very kid friendly. They have so many flavors and a huge array of toppings. They also have fun games and cotton candy for kids. Stephanie is great here. She is very friendly!
