“My first time here and I will definitely be back! I had a BLT w/egg and Coffee with sugar free carmel & sugar free brown sugar cinnamon. Delicious food and my coffee was amazing!! Everything was so fresh! They even wrapped up half of my sandwich for me to take home. The owners were super nice and friendly. I love love love the decor here! I will definitely be coming back!! “Their smoker chef knows how to smoke the meat! Most BBQ places rely on their sauce for their claim to fame... The meat was superb with no sauce at all .. but their sauce sweat or bold, I'm not sure which one I liked better and it isn't like any old bottled sauce I have had. Service was great seated instantly. drink was kept full without asking and food was prompt and the Bluegrass pumping out into the room made for a great evening! Thank you Black Bear”

“I just made my second visit, despite being in a nearly abandoned shopping center, the restaurant has a lot of vibe. A good amount of space and a small bar, Aldo has been great providing a great quality service, the food has been good ( I wish they had shrimp cocktail, but they don't ) so far I was very satisfied with my experience.”

“It's in a foos city store so the atmosphere is zero but the staff is always super friendly and kind. They are more than happy to listen to any sort of weird custom order you may have, and extremely apologetic if something isn't available.”

“Me and my twin six year olds were on an epic road trip yesterday and ended up at Pizza Plus in Big Stone Gap after traveling from Cincinnati to Lynch Ky for the Portal 31 tour. We drove over Black Mountain and ended up at Pizza Plus. The service was amazing as the owner/manager was nothing but kind to me and the twins. Pizza was great, pizza sticks were amazing, and the cinnamon sticks had to come from heaven they were that good. If I lived in the area this would be a regular place for me and the twins. 5 stars. “They are always patient and generous with us. We order in bulk at times, and they always try to accommodate our specific orders. They get overrun quickly, and later in the evening they tend to run out of certain things due to the popularity, but they are just that good. Always a pleasure.”

“Service was somewhat slow considering there was Noone in line and no other customers other than drive thru. That being said, they did seem short staffed and we're having to work both drive thru and carry out. The food was hot and fresh and all you would expect from a dairy queen.”
