The staff is diligent and the service is great, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. This lounge is one of the better ones, with a nice mix of amenities and comfort, making it a recommended stop for travelers with gate access in Terminal C.
The lounge is a little dated but has a number of seating options and plenty of outlets. The crew staffing the lounge is always friendly and helpful. The food is the usual you'll find at all the lounges, but the lunch menu has much improved. The snacks at the Bar, including popcorn and chocolate-covered dates stuffed with peanut butter, are a delightful addition.
